This is more than a yoga space- it’s a sanctuary for your nervous system, a place to breathe, reset, and remember who you are beneath the noise.

At Soul Adventures ATX, we hold space for both healing and growth. Our mission is to support your inner journey and guide you toward what matters most, whether that’s rest, clarity, or taking the next step in your career, relationships, or dreams.

Our Five Core Pillars:

1. Nervous System Regulation
Stress and anxiety are part of modern life, but they don’t have to run the show. We offer practices that regulate and soothe the nervous system so you can feel safe in your body again.

2. Mindful Movement
You don’t need to be flexible or “good at yoga” to join us. Our classes are gentle, intentional, body-positive, and accessible. It’s not about the pose—it’s about how you feel in it.

3. Self-Love and Self-Care
We help you reconnect with yourself through rest, reflection, and self-care so you can move from survival mode to trust.

4. Vision + Personal Growth
Through our monthly themes aka Soul Adventures, we help you clarify your goals, align your energy, and take aligned action toward the life you’re ready for.

5. Soulful Community
Life is easier when you’re not doing it alone. Here, you’ll find real people on real journeys; healing, evolving, and holding space for one another.

Meet Your Host

Hi! I’m Preema, founder of Soul Adventures ATX.

I work full time in tech, where I’ve had a career for over 20 years. I’m a mom of two and a proud Girl Scout mom and Soccer mom. My life is full, often chaotic, and rarely slow, but I’m committed to living a life that is meaningful- doing the things I love in a way that honors both me and my family.

Ten years ago, I felt overwhelmed by stress and anxiety, with no tools to manage them. I joined a 12-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course by Jon Kabat-Zinn to help me cope. It changed the trajectory of my life. It taught me presence, nervous system regulation, and how to live with balance and intention.

I grew up practicing yoga in India but stopped in early adulthood because life became busy and chaotic, and I felt like I didn’t have time for anything. During the pandemic, I returned to yoga to ease a severe onset of anxiety. That’s when I realized just how healing meditation and yoga truly are. Together, they helped me heal and return to myself.

Now, I center my days by prioritizing what lights me up – gentle movement, short walks, sound baths, and quiet time alone when I can. I intentionally schedule self-care into my busy calendar each week as an act of love and support for myself. I seek peace and joy whenever possible, and I deeply value self-care, moments of pause, and presence.

I know what anxiety, stress, and burnout feel like. I’ve lost myself in chaos, but I’ve also learned the power of pausing, breathing, and returning home to myself. That’s where change begins.

Through yoga, meditation, sound, and self-care, I help busy people reclaim their energy, reconnect with their bodies, and create space to dream again—because you deserve a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. My mantra is simple: you can be busy and still feel grounded. You can support others and still honor your own needs.

We actively support advocacy efforts that uplift women, children, and marginalized communities. Each year, we host events that give back, using our work as a way to serve, support, and strengthen the community around us.
